Rodolfo is a leading expert in driver risk mitigation with more than 30 years of commercial motor vehicle safety experience across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Since joining CVSA in October 2021, he has led the North American Fatigue Management Program (NAFMP) under the oversight of the NAFMP Steering Committee and under the auspices of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Transport Canada. He has trained thousands of transportation professionals in three countries, operates the program's trilingual website and eLearning platform, and directs its outreach. He brings two decades of federal program management supporting the U.S. Department of Transportation, fluency in English and Spanish, and a working relationship with CVSA that dates back to 1993.
